In Memory of Wolfpack Friends

Jennifer Montalvo
Jennifer a Baseball Mom to AJ and Jayce, met Juan while her Son AJ played baseball and basketball with him. As a Wolfpack Mom, Jenn watched Juan develop on the field and would agree he was one of the best. You could always hear her cheering him on at sporting events and at school where Juan and AJ were classmates. Jenn loved Juan like her own, and showed it. She fought a long, and difficult battle with ovarian cancer and followed Juan to heaven, where we know she is cheering him on and watching over her baseball Boys like an angel in the outfield.

Milton Nolasco
Derek , the Son of Milt joined the Wolfpack after Juan’s passing, and didn’t get the chance to know him but the Nolasco family supported the Pack and its mission to get to Cooperstown in Juan’s honor. Milt’s favorite baseball team was the Angels, but it was obvious watching his Son on the field was his favorite thing to do. Milt was a kind man with a unique sense of humor that the team enjoyed having around. Milt went to heaven after a battle with cancer, but we know he is watching over his family and friends just like he did on earth.

Esteban Morales
Esteban is the Brother of our Vice President Omar, and Uncle to Juan’s first baseball friend Jr. Morales. As he watched his Nephew Jr play baseball, he was there cheering on the whole team. In addition to Dodgers baseball, Esteban loved his family and they can attest he would do anything to help others and would be one of the first to arrive if you needed him. Unexpectedly Esteban was called home to be with the lord on December 30th, 2020. His legendary smile will always shine bright on those he loved as he guides and protects them from above.

Mary Diaz
Mary is the Mom to Juan’s friend Nick. Mary had a generous spirit. At times she would see her Son playing basketball with Juan and Jack and would generously treat them all to pizza or In & Out. When she noticed Coach Jack loading up the Boys for a game, she would wave with a big smile, wishing the Wolfpack luck. She was a loving Wife and Mom that adored her two Sons as well as her Granddaughter. Mary passed away from Covid and joined the Lord in 2021. When we look above we know she is watching, smiling and waving at us just as she always did.
